- Hosting provider (domains.co.za / cPanel): Your submitted contact form data is stored on our secure cPanel hosting server, located in South Africa.
- Email service: We use server-side mail to send enquiry notifications and auto-replies. Your email address is used only to respond to your enquiry.
- Zoho CRM: Enquiries may be stored in our CRM system for managing client relationships and follow-up communications.
We do not transfer your personal information outside South Africa without ensuring adequate protection is in place as required by POPIA.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. As a general rule:
- Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 3 years for business record purposes.
- If you request deletion of your information, we will comply within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking tools.
Note: If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be implemented where required.
